St. George, Santa Clara, Washington and Hurricane branch locations are available to assist youth in crisis. The Safe Place initiative is a national youth outreach and assistance program for young people under the age of 18 in need of immediate help and safety.<\/p>\n<p>As a collaborative community assistance initiative, Safe Place designates businesses and organizations as Safe Place locations, making trained help readily available to youth in communities across the country and in our area.<\/p>\n<p>Youth may experience difficult problems during their young lives. These may lead young people to make difficult, and sometimes dangerous decisions in an effort to escape their issues. Providing a Safe Place as a resource for youth provides a safety net for them, thereby strengthening families and our community.
